As a Manufacturing Training Technician at Intel, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce by equipping employees with the technical knowledge and skills they need to excel in their roles. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, organize, and deliver technical training classes for manufacturing and process engineering employees.
  • Develop and manage training-related documents that include technical documents to support training activities.
  • Coordinate the creation, documentation, and implementation of training plans tailored to individual roles and organizational needs.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and managers to ensure training content aligns with training objectives.
  • Create and utilize visual aids, tests, and other learning resources that enhance the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Coordinate class arrangements, ensuring smooth execution of training activities.
  • Collaborate with engineers and managers to develop tailored training programs that address individual roles and specific manufacturing needs.
  • Establish and maintain processes for tracking training plans, records, and completion metrics.
  • Assist with training delivery through logistics support, quality management initiatives, and administrative tasks.
  • Develop criteria and processes to evaluate the effectiveness of manufacturing training programs.
  • Promote a culture of disciplined execution, continuous improvement, and adherence to Intel's values in all training initiatives.
  • Develop criteria for evaluating the efficiency and impact of training initiatives and implement improvements accordingly.
  • Oversee logistics for training delivery, including scheduling, materials preparation, and resource coordination.
  • Maintain accurate training records and processes for documenting progress, completion, and compliance with training plans.
  • Provide quality management and administrative support to ensure seamless operation of the training department.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Technical Diploma and professional proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Proficiency in developing training plans, delivering technical training programs utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to create technical documentation using, schematics, and visual aids.
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with tracking systems for training records and completion metrics


Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven facilitation and group problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify developmental needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineers, managers, and diverse teams.
  • A commitment to disciplined execution and performing to organizational values.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or process engineering environments (Prep/Die Sort/Assembly Test Operation) with TTT certified and/or ISO9001/IATF16949 knowledge is a plus
