Location Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia Date posted July 07, 2026 Job ID 22478 Our Opening and Your Responsibilities Mettler-Toledo is seeking a commercially driven and technically knowledgeable Market Manager – Checkweighing to drive sustainable business growth across assigned regions in Asia Pacific. This role serves as the key link between customers, sales organizations, product management, and business units to strengthen market presence, expand opportunities, and increase sales success for the Checkweighing portfolio.

The successful candidate will work closely with market organizations and channel partners to develop go-to-market strategies, build pipeline growth, deliver training, and position Mettler-Toledo as the preferred partner for product inspection solutions

• Develop and execute market growth and penetration strategies across key industries and customer segments.
• Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
• Support regional sales teams with commercial and technical expertise to improve pipeline development and conversion rates.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Checkweighing solutions, conducting customer engagements, workshops, and presentations.
• Deliver training and capability-building programs for employees, channel partners, and customers.
• Monitor business performance, market trends, and growth initiatives to achieve regional objectives.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or commercial roles involving technical products or solutions.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, automation, inspection, or technology-driven environments is an advantage.
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region and internationally.
