- Strong writing, content creation, and public relations skills.
- A creative mindset with excellent organization and project management abilities.
- Passion for hospitality, lifestyle, and destination marketing.

核心工作活動
協助管理客房部運作
確保及時有效地將客房狀態傳達給前臺。
與工程部有效地合作，以滿足客房維護需求。
監督酒店的大掃除時間表。
取得極待清理客房的清單，以及準備結帳或退房的房號清單，以便準備工作分配。
清點庫存，以確保物資充足。
協助監督客房部日常輪班運作，並確保遵守所有客房部政策、標準和程序。
協助訂購客房用品、清潔用品和制服。
支持並監督所有客房和公共空間的有效檢查計劃。
向員工傳達需要關注的方面，並跟進以確保理解。
確保所有員工擁有適當的用品、設備和制服。
管理部門成本
參與管理部門的可控開銷，以實現或超越預算目標。
瞭解部門運營對酒店整體財務目標和宗旨的影響，並設法實現或超越預算目標。
根據需要掌握預算、經營報表和薪資進度報告，以協助部門的財務管理。
確保卓越的客戶服務
回應並處理客人的問題和投訴。
