Are you an experienced Marketing Professional who is excited to be part of an innovative, dynamic, and growing organization? GSK’s Malaysia is looking for a Marketing Manager to build & implement innovative marketing plans to meet the brand’s objectives and drive ongoing market growth. Reporting to the Vaccines Business Unit Director, you will have over-arching responsibility for creating strong marketing strategies and campaigns for a new launch vaccines and overseeing the established vaccine portfolio.

As a key member of the close-knit Vaccines Marketing Team, your responsibilities include:

Develop robust pre and post launch plan for a new launch vaccine.
    Manage strategic planning to tactical activities & implementationClose working relationship with key internal stakeholder, interaction with sales force and engagement of the whole commercial team and other key functionsDevelop an understanding of the market including the competitor landscape and details relating to the specific patient journey and needs.Develop impactful 360 disease awareness campaigns to help drive consumer awareness.Develop engaging and interactive content of various durations and formats by embracing content creation, tailoring content for certain customer segments where appropriate.Drive leadership and winning mindset across teams. Build GSK reputation with external stakeholderDevelop and implement a measure of content effectiveness to be able to quantifiably measure improvement in content over timeProvide robust and accurate sales forecasting (based on market insights and inputs)Ensure adequate documentation and monitoring of campaign plans and tracking expenditureAct in full compliance with GSK policies and ways of working, values, and expectations

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Sciences (MBA is a plus)
    At least 5-7 years’ experience pharmaceutical sales and marketing including experience in developing and delivering multichannel promotional campaigns & non promotional consumer disease awareness campaigns with end-to-end content creation and agency management experienceStrong communication, presentation skills & stakeholder management skillsGood project management skillsCreative problem solving and analytical thinkingStrong sense of ownership & proactivenessOpen to taking on new challenges and learning new skillsStrong customer focus
