Making an impact. What will you do?

• You will drive maintenance excellence by executing and optimising maintenance activities for safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations
• You will analyse and solve complex technical challenges, developing practical solutions to minimise downtime and improve performance
• You will enhance plant reliability through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• You will support and elevate workshop operations, implementing best practices and improving overall efficiency
• You will lead and develop capabilities, guiding teams and strengthening skills through training and knowledge sharing
• You will contribute to turnaround and maintenance strategies, ensuring timely and effective execution of critical activities
• You will drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to optimise processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance
  
  

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

• You have a degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with a strong technical foundation
• You have at least 3 years of experience in operations and maintenance within industrial or manufacturing environments
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
• You have a proactive and improvement-driven mindset, focused on reliability and operational excellence
• You have strong collaboration and communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with teams and stakeholders
