Responsibilities

• Assist Engineers in the monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems (HVAC, chilled water, cooling towers, pumps)
• Support Engineers in preventive maintenance scheduling and documentation
• Assist Engineers in preparing reports and technical documentation for ongoing works
• Help with vendor coordination during maintenance and installation works
• Liaise with third-party vendors and contractors for maintenance, installation, or upgrades support
• Shadow and learn from experienced engineers, gradually taking up more complex tasks as familiarity grows
  
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering
• Basic understanding of HVAC, chilled water, cooling systems, or other building mechanical systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills in English (written & spoken)
• Willingness to learn, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team environment
