The Impact You Will Make (In Future MSR Roles)

Once a matching position opens, a typical day as a Medical Sales Representative will empower you to:

  • Drive Territory Performance: Execute sales and marketing plans to achieve targets and maximize market share within your assigned portfolio.
  • Deliver Commercial Results: Achieve sales, productivity, and performance goals while continuously identifying growth opportunities.
  • Strengthen Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, allied stakeholders, and customers.
  • Promote Disease Awareness: Engage HCPs through educational initiatives and meaningful discussions to improve patient outcomes.
  • Apply Strategic Planning: Develop and execute 90-day action plans and territory strategies in collaboration with your Sales Manager.
  • Enhance Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, and disease areas to support impactful clinical conversations.
  • Optimize Coverage & Execution: Plan and manage schedules effectively to ensure high-quality customer interactions and territory coverage.
  • Leverage Digital Tools: Utilize Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) systems to track activities, analyze performance, and maintain accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with internal stakeholders to develop account plans and address unmet customer and patient needs.
  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold company policies, industry regulations, and Zuellig Pharma’s core values in every interaction.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Communications, or any related field.
  • Background in pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Good time management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a results-driven approach.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
