Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, testing, and validation of products and technologies
- Apply engineering fundamentals to solve complex technical problems
- Assist in prototyping, experimentation, and data analysis to evaluate design performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, software engineers, manufacturing, and quality teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of products, processes, and engineering solutions
- Document engineering work clearly, including reports, test results, and design reviews
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related disciplines (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Software, Materials, Industrial, Systems, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Passion for technology, innovation, and product development
- Curiosity and a hands-on mindset
- Willingness to challenge assumptions and think differently
- Resilience and adaptability in solving complex problems
