NPI (New Product Introduction) Process Technician

Our technology starts with you YOUR ROLES :

• Responsible for all device running with Soft-Solder (ESEC-2007 & ESEC-2009SSI)

• Supporting Engineer for Die Attach validation and DOE for new devices activities

• Recipe Creation for new Power SSO, Power SO, SOIC devices

• Executing machine conversion and Die Attach tool cleaning

• Responsible lot execution and Die Attach process buyoff

• Executing DA data collection for BLT, HDS, Fillet height, Xray, Coverage, Die Tilt

• Responsible for 5S activity every time running engineering lot

• Responsible to support Engineer for lot movement activity from upstream/ downstream process

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES :

• Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics/Technology or related field

• Minimum 5 years hands-on Soft Solder Process

• Experience in handling ESEC-2007 & ESEC-2009SSI

• Basic management of Factory Work and OC

• Experience in Die Attach glue and DAF tape will be advantages (ASM AD8912/ESEC 2100SD/ Adv-I)

• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Tools (Words/ Excel/ PowerPoint)

• Good in Communication, Interpersonal skills and Teamwork
