- Discovery and delivery of new experiences to build a continuous improvement environment through collaboration with customers / external partners
- Active delivery of a personalized customer experience in a Maxis Online Store primarily by demonstrating digital lifestyle solutions through online live streams, live social videos, live unboxing and being a preferred partner to the customers
- Driving experiential journeys through personalised campaigns / connections with customers to enrich their lifestyle and leveraging feedback to continuously improve the digital customer experience delivered via various digital platforms, primarily online store.
- Constant learning and exposure to digital platforms and advanced social media technologies to adapt to the world beyond conventional communications.
- Be an ambassador of Maxis with a customer-oriented mind-set to capture opportunities and deploy solutions through an unmatched digitalized customer experience.
