IJOK direct factory Sales
Location: IJOK
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve walk-in customers at our Ijok direct factory showroom
• Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other online platforms
• Conduct TikTok Live & Facebook Live sessions to promote products and engage with customers
• Create simple live content and interact confidently during livestream sessions
• Update and maintain product listings and content on online marketplaces
• Follow up with potential customers and close sales effectively
• Achieve monthly sales targets with strong persistence and follow-through
• Ensure smooth coordination between online and in-store operations

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
• Comfortable appearing on TikTok Live / Facebook Live
• Understanding of online platform operations (training provided)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated, responsible, and goal-oriented
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• No experience required – full training provided!
