Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage end-to-end operational processes, ensuring smooth execution across departments.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics, processes, and customer service to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Business Development, Logistics, Customer Service) to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Analyze data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making and process improvements.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in coordinating with external stakeholders such as vendors, couriers, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Support the automation and digitalization of operational workflows to improve productivity.
- Handle and troubleshoot operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with availability to start work full-time in 2026.
- 0-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with different teams.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly adaptable to changes.
