Responsibilities: To oversee and manage operations of CCK Fresh Mart outlet; to ensure smooth performance and profitability; to lead the team to maintain outlet standards, control inventory and achieve sales targets, and other ad hoc duties related to the position.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in retail operations or related field and 3 years in Managerial position. Salary RM4.2K and above with allowance depending on the qualification and experience.
- Strong leadership skills and decision-making ability.
- Possess good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in time management, sales strategy and market trend.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Willing to relocate if required.

与酒店和区域工程领导团队合作，确定工程部的预算执行情况，并向领导突出说明需要关注的方面。
按照标准操作程序，管理机械设备，包括设备、制冷、暖通空调、管道、水处理和电气系统。
执行服务合同以支持酒店的需求。
确保消防人员对所有程序、设备和警报进行了全面的了解。
指导并支持工程领导团队有效管理可控费用（如工资、热能、照明和电力、耗水量、工具和设备、场地保养用品、制服、供应商、服务协议、库存等）。
管理和控制热能、照明和电力。
制定符合酒店/品牌业务战略的工程运营战略。
编制和管理工程预算。
确保将部门目标整合到行动方案中。
监督执行长期预防性维护和 10 年资产保护计划。
审核财务报告和报表，以确定工程部的预算执行情况。
积极主动地应对潜在的关注领域并向业主提出解决方案。
就部门目标传达清晰一致的信息，以产生预期的成效。
监督施工，确保在预算指导方针下及时完成项目。
维护工程标准
确保遵守州、地方和联邦法规。
维护酒店的防火安全系统（如消防设备、喷水灭火系统和警报系统）。
确保建筑和设备许可证、批准证书和认证现行有效。
确保酒店政策得到公平一致的执行。
