Job Summary
Lead manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, delivery, cost, and safety targets. Coordinate resources and work across departments to support customer requirements and business goals.

Operations Manager
Scope: Production, Manufacturing Operations, Production Planning & Control, Warehouse
Job Summary
Lead manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, delivery, cost, and safety targets. Coordinate resources and work across departments to support customer requirements and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead production and manufacturing operations to achieve the approved build and shipment plans.
- Monitor operational performance, including output, productivity, yield, cycle time, delivery, cost, and inventory.
- Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to resolve production issues.
- Review capacity, manpower, equipment, and material requirements and address gaps.
- Drive continuous improvement, productivity, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and company requirements.
- Develop supervisors and managers through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
- Report operational performance, risks, and recovery plans to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience leading manufacturing or production teams.
- Knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, and operational performance metrics.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
- ERP experience, such as Oracle, is an advantage.
