Operations & Reporting Executive

The Operations & Reporting Executive will support warehouse operations through structured reporting, data consolidation, and cross-functional coordination. This role focuses on improving visibility of key operational metrics, and supporting process improvements, including the development of consolidated dashboards.

• Reporting & Data Support
• Consolidate data from multiple teams (warehouse, transport, automation)
• Manage report templates and enforce consistency across submissions
• Support development and upkeep of dashboards (Excel / BI tools)
• Identify and flag discrepancies, missing data, or abnormal trends
• Meeting & Coordination
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and pre-reads
• Take accurate Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and distribute on time
• Track all action items and follow up proactively with respective PICs
• Coordinate across warehouse, transport, and cross-functional departments
• Process Improvement Support
• Support initiatives to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort
• Assist in system and data improvement projects (e.g. dashboard consolidation)
• Proactively suggest improvements to existing workflows
  
  

Requirements

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
• Comfortable working with numbers, data sets, and performance metrics
• Able to follow up firmly and professionally with multiple stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
• Good written and spoken English & Mandarin communication
• 3 - 5 years of working experience in any field
  
  

Preferences

• Background in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Experience in reporting, data consolidation, or operations coordination
• Exposure to tools such as Google Sheets, Power BI, or Lark
• Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
