Job Description

• To be involved in overall process or assigned to specific role of fulfilment operations, ranging from inbound, putaway, inventory management, outbound and despatch
• Inbound - Check incoming stock against PO or DO, verify the SKU and the quantity and update in the system. Perform VAS such as bubble wrap if required
• Putaway and Inventory Management - Ensure inbounded stock is putaway in the correct location and update system accordingly. Will be involved in replenishment, cycle count and stock count as well
• Outbound - Pick and pack products based on daily assigned orders. Ensure orders are picked and packed in timely manner and accurately in order to meet predetermined SLA
• Despatch - Ensure all orders scheduled for 3PL pickup are correctly picked up and update the system (3PL has to sign off the handover manifest if required). Investigate orders that are rejected by 3PL pickup system and highlight to relevant party
• Ensure all problem orders are reported to team lead or warehouse management team
• Ensure equipments used at work are in good, clean and functional condition at all times
• Ensure workstation is in order at the end of shift
• Ability to operate various handling equipment, i.e. hand pallet truck, reach truck, forklift will be advantageous
• Possess continuous improvement mindset and assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
• Follow safe warehouse practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Tugas dan Tanggungjawab (Bahasa Melayu)

• Terlibat dalam keseluruhan proses operasi pemenuhan (fulfilment) atau menjalankan peranan khusus dalam operasi gudang, termasuk Penerimaan Barang (Inbound), Penyimpanan (Putaway), Pengurusan Inventori, Pengeluaran Pesanan (Outbound) dan Penghantaran (Despatch).
• Penerimaan Barang (Inbound): Memeriksa stok yang diterima berdasarkan Purchase Order (PO) atau Delivery Order (DO), mengesahkan SKU dan kuantiti, serta mengemas kini maklumat dalam sistem. Melaksanakan perkhidmatan nilai tambah (VAS) seperti pembungkusan bubble wrap apabila diperlukan.
• Penyimpanan & Pengurusan Inventori: Memastikan stok yang diterima disimpan di lokasi yang betul dan dikemas kini dalam sistem. Turut terlibat dalam aktiviti pengisian semula stok (replenishment), kiraan kitaran (cycle count) dan kiraan stok (stock count).
• Pengeluaran Pesanan (Outbound): Mengambil (pick) dan membungkus (pack) produk mengikut pesanan harian yang ditetapkan. Memastikan semua pesanan diproses dengan tepat dan dalam tempoh yang ditetapkan bagi memenuhi Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Penghantaran (Despatch): Memastikan semua pesanan yang dijadualkan untuk diambil oleh penyedia logistik pihak ketiga (3PL) diserahkan dengan betul dan dikemas kini dalam sistem. Memastikan manifest serahan ditandatangani oleh wakil 3PL jika diperlukan. Menyiasat pesanan yang ditolak oleh sistem 3PL dan memaklumkan kepada pihak berkaitan.
• Melaporkan sebarang isu atau pesanan bermasalah kepada Ketua Pasukan atau pihak pengurusan gudang.
• Memastikan semua peralatan kerja sentiasa berada dalam keadaan baik, bersih dan berfungsi dengan sempurna.
• Memastikan ruang kerja sentiasa kemas dan teratur pada akhir setiap syif.
• Mempunyai kebolehan mengendalikan pelbagai peralatan pengendalian bahan seperti hand pallet truck, reach truck dan forklift adalah satu kelebihan.
• Mengamalkan budaya penambahbaikan berterusan (continuous improvement) serta membantu mengenal pasti peluang untuk menambah baik proses kerja.
• Mematuhi semua amalan keselamatan gudang yang ditetapkan.
• Melaksanakan tugasan lain yang diarahkan dari semasa ke semasa.
