The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for collaborating cross-functionally to lead a team working to achieve high customer satisfaction from order placement to order fulfillment. This may include key account management, order status, returns, e-commerce live chat, and customer engagement. This role acts as the direct supervisor leader to a group of customer service representatives.
This position is part of the Customer Service Team and will be located in Pall Corporation, PJ, Malaysia and will be an on-site role.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Manages a team of associates responsible for end to end “Order to Cash” process, via phone, email and e-commerce.
- Collaborate with customers, sales, operations and supply chain to ensure accurate and timely information is provided in response to all customer inquiries.
- Partners with sales and customer service representatives to satisfy customer needs.
- Serves as the point person for complex inquiries and escalations.
- Ensures Pall’s policies and procedures are current and executed to compliantly meet requirements.
- Coaches/mentors the associates in their career development.
- Communicates Pall’s vision and leads by example by involving in the continuous improvement as part Danaher Core Behavior.
- College degree, technical training in customer service, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge in order management and SAP is a MUST.
- Driven to deliver excellent customer satisfaction with the ability to solve customer problems and inquiries in high demand, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Organizational and analytical skills, ability to prioritize, and customer centric mindset.
- Ability to manage through conflict and adapt to the changes.
- Ability to coach and lead the team towards working in ONETEAM and adhere to organization policy.
- Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written format in English language.
- Experience in customer service or customer-facing role and project improvement.
