Outlet Manager - Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Outlet Manager is responsible for managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, and helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.

Qualifications

• Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
• Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Work experience as Outlet Manager or Outlet Assistant Manager in the hotel/restaurant industry is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, and culinary trends as well as sales and marketing techniques for effective collaboration with the hotel's Marketing Communications team to promote the outlet, attract guests and increase revenue.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are essential.
