About The Team
The Shopee Ads team drives adoption and revenue growth for Shopee’s in-house advertising solution, helping sellers increase visibility and business performance on the platform. You will serve as a critical partner to the Manager of Paid Ads, acting as the key resource in driving programme performance, strategic planning, operational excellence, and management reporting. This role goes beyond project execution and requires strong business judgement, advanced analytical capability, and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations for decision-making. You will be responsible for managing and improving existing paid ads programmes, supporting new initiatives, building dashboards and forecast models, and preparing management-ready materials that clearly communicate performance, insights, and recommendations.

Job Description
- Programme Strategy & Performance Ownership
- Own the performance monitoring and continuous improvement of existing paid ads programmes to drive adoption, spending, and revenue growth
- Support the Manager in setting programme direction, prioritisation, and strategic action plans
- Identify key performance gaps, business opportunities, and growth levers through structured analysis
- Translate data insights into clear recommendations and actionable business decisions
- Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Lead end-to-end execution of paid ads initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, strong stakeholder alignment, and high-quality implementation
- Act as a key coordination partner across internal teams such as Marketing, Business Development, Business Intelligence, Product, and Operations
- Establish robust processes, governance, and tracking mechanisms to ensure programme performance is consistently monitored
- Support escalation handling, issue resolution, and follow-through on critical workstreams on behalf of the Manager
- Data Analysis, Dashboarding & Forecasting
- Build, maintain, and automate data-heavy dashboards using advanced Google Sheets and other reporting tools to track programme health and business performance
- Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, user behaviour patterns, and opportunities for optimisation
- Develop forecast models to support planning, budgeting, and performance outlooks
- Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, structured, and management-ready
- Management Reporting & Presentation
- Prepare clear, concise, and insightful presentation decks for senior management reviews
- Communicate key findings, risks, opportunities, and recommendations in a business-focused manner
- Support decision-making through well-structured analysis, storytelling, and data visualisation
- Present updates and performance summaries confidently to internal stakeholders and leadership
- Ad Hoc Support
- Support special initiatives and ad hoc strategic or operational tasks as required by the Manager
- Contribute to team-level planning, process improvements, and capability building
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 3–5 years of relevant working experience in strategy, management consulting, e-commerce, digital marketing, business analytics, or related fields
- Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and execute operationally
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivots, data modelling, and structured analysis
- Ability to build and maintain data dashboards that support business monitoring and decision-making
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to derive insights from large datasets
- Experience in forecast modelling, performance tracking, and data-driven planning
- Strong PowerPoint / presentation skills, with the ability to create management-ready slides that are concise, structured, and insightful
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Good team player with the maturity to operate as a trusted support to the Manager
