Parking Attendant

Job Summary

Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the mall's car park by ensuring parking equipment is functioning properly, assisting customers, and maintaining a safe and orderly parking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect car park machines and equipment, and report any faults for repair.
• Refill parking tickets at entry stations to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Assist in directing traffic flow during peak periods and special events.
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide assistance on parking-related matters, such as lost or faulty parking tickets.
• Conduct routine patrols and monitor CCTV systems to ensure the safety and security of the car park.
• Provide basic assistance during emergencies and administer first aid when qualified.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including personal data protection requirements.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic english.
• Prior experience in car park operations, security, customer service, or related fields is an added advantage.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
