Job Responsibility

  • As part of the GSC Cinema Crew you will play an important role in creating a smooth and enjoyable and memorable movie-going experience for every customer
  • Deliver friendly and excellent customer service at all times
  • Assist customers with their inquiries / requests and feedback in a professional manner
  • Follow all Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of cinema premises / facilities and equipment
  • Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately for ticketing / concessions and other transactions
  • Conduct regular cinema hall checks to ensure movie visuals / sound quality and subtitles are clear and running properly
  • Work closely with your teammates to ensure customers enjoy a comfortable and seamless cinema experience

Job Requirements

  • Minimum secondary school qualification and above
  • Passionate about the entertainment and cinema industry
  • Friendly and energetic and service-oriented
  • Able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A good team player who enjoys working and communicating with others
  • Flexible and able to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Comfortable working late-night shifts which may extend beyond midnight and up to 4:00 AM depending on cinema operations
