- Payroll Administration
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within stipulated deadlines.
- Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, claims, deductions, unpaid leave, and salary - adjustments.
- Maintain payroll records and employee payroll data in HRIS.
- Process final salary calculations for resigned employees.
- Administer annual salary increment, bonus, incentive, and back-pay adjustments.
- Statutory Compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of:
- EPF
- SOCSO
- EIS
- PCB / Income Tax
- HRD Corp Levy
- Prepare payroll-related reports and statutory returns.
- Support annual EA Form preparation and year-end payroll activities.
- Employee Benefits Administration
- Process employee overtime and allowance claims.
- Coordinate employee loans, advances, and salary deductions.
- Payroll Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly payroll reports, overtime analysis, and headcount reports.
- Reconcile payroll records and investigate discrepancies.
- Audit & Documentation
- Maintain payroll records with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Prepare documents for internal and external audits.
- Ensure payroll practices comply with Employment Act and company requirements.
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of payroll processing experience.
- Experience handling payroll for 200+ employees is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Malaysian Employment Act
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB
- Payroll systems and HRIS
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
