As a Payroll Team Lead (Australia & New Zealand), you will be a key expert within our HR team, ensuring our employees are compensated accurately and on time. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our payroll operations and driving process improvements. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly impact the employee experience and support our business.

You Will Be Responsible For
- Ensuring Payroll Excellence:Managing end-to-end payroll processing, from data collection and validation to final payment and reporting, ensuring precision and compliance withgroup andlocal regulations.
- Driving Process Improvement:Identifyingopportunities to enhance payrollprocessedand workflows, implementing best practices to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Being a Strategic Partner:Acting as the main point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, providing expert guidance toemployeesand collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and Finance teams.
- Maintaining Compliance & Reporting:Staying current with employment law and tax regulations, managing statutory reporting,assistingwith internal and externalaudits.

- Proven experience in managing comprehensive payroll cycles in a dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations, tax laws, and social security requirements(Australia & New Zealand).
- Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure data accuracy.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Great communicationskills, capable of explaining complex information clearly to stakeholders.
