Job Description

JBM Success Sdn. Bhd. sedang mencari calon yang berkelayakan dan bermotivasi untuk mengisi jawatan Pembantu Kewangan Cum Admin di pejabat kami di Alor Setar, Kedah.

Tanggungjawab:
  • Menyediakan invois, Delivery Order (DO), Purchase Order (PO) dan dokumen pembayaran.
  • Mengemaskini rekod kewangan syarikat dan fail-fail berkaitan.
  • Membantu urusan pembayaran kepada pembekal dan kutipan bayaran pelanggan.
  • Mengurus dokumentasi projek, tender dan kontrak syarikat.
  • Menyediakan laporan asas kewangan menggunakan Microsoft Excel.
  • Mengurus surat-menyurat, emel dan dokumen pentadbiran pejabat.
  • Menjalankan tugas-tugas pentadbiran lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan.

Kelayakan:
  • Minimum Diploma dalam Perakaunan, Kewangan, Pentadbiran Perniagaan atau bidang berkaitan.
  • Mempunyai pengalaman dalam bidang akaun atau pentadbiran adalah satu kelebihan.
  • Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office terutama Excel dan SQL.
  • Bertanggungjawab, teliti, jujur dan boleh bekerja secara berdikari.
  • Mempunyai lesen memandu yang sah adalah satu kelebihan.

Faedah:
  • Gaji RM1,800 – RM2,200 (bergantung kepada pengalaman dan kelayakan).
  • Caruman EPF, SOCSO & EIS.
  • Bonus prestasi.
  • Peluang kenaikan pangkat dan pembangunan kerjaya.
