Principal Accountabilities

  • Manage the end-to-end performance management cycle.
  • Facilitate the development of performance management policies and tools.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and line managers to provide guidance.
  • Advise leadership on performance trends and effectiveness.
  • Conduct analysis of performance data to identify talent and gaps.
  • Monitor the integrity of the performance management system.
  • Develop and deliver communication and training programs.
  • Support the integration of performance outcomes with other HR processes.
