Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Johor Bahru. The Performance Marketer will plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms to drive measurable results for clients.
Responsibilities include setting up and managing campaigns, conducting A/B tests, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting targeting, bidding, and creatives to improve ROI and reduce acquisition costs. The role will also involve audience and keyword research, funnel analysis, and collaboration with creative, copywriting, and account teams to align performance goals with campaign messaging.
The Performance Marketer will prepare regular performance reports, provide insights and recommendations, and stay updated on platform trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in performance marketing, including managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant digital channels.
- Strong analytical abilities, including experience with campaign tracking, data interpretation, A/B testing, and using tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including funnels, conversion rate optimization, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
- Ability to collaborate with creative, content, and account teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present performance reports, insights, and recommendations clearly to internal teams and clients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in agency environments or with brands in sectors such as F&B, retail, lifestyle, property, or tech is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Johor Baharu and continuously learn new tools, tactics, and platform features.
