What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage, mentor, and develop a performance-focused marketing team. 

Requirements:

• Min 8 years of experience in digital or growth marketing, including leadership experience.
• Strong track record delivering business growth through digital channels.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing, customer lifecycle strategies, analytics, and optimization. 
• Proven ability to manage budgets, scale marketing investments, and improve return on spend.
• Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
