Job Description
Kami sedang mencari individu yang dinamik, fleksibel, dan tersusun untuk mengisi jawatan sebagai Personal Assistant.Tanggungjawab Kerja:
- Menguruskan jadual harian, temu janji, dan tugasan harian pengurusan.
- Mengendalikan urusan surat-menyurat, panggilan telefon, dan mesej penting.
- Membantu koordinasi tugas perniagaan, operasi harian, dan urusan peribadi pihak pengurusan.
- Menjalankan tugasan luar atau errands dengan cekap apabila diperlukan.
Kelayakan:
- Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma dalam mana-mana bidang.
- Mahir berkomunikasi dengan baik dan mempunyai kemahiran organisasi yang kuat.
- Boleh menyimpan rahsia (highly confidential), jujur, dan menepati masa.
