Job Description

Kami sedang mencari individu yang dinamik, fleksibel, dan tersusun untuk mengisi jawatan sebagai Personal Assistant.

Tanggungjawab Kerja:
  • Menguruskan jadual harian, temu janji, dan tugasan harian pengurusan.
  • Mengendalikan urusan surat-menyurat, panggilan telefon, dan mesej penting.
  • Membantu koordinasi tugas perniagaan, operasi harian, dan urusan peribadi pihak pengurusan.
  • Menjalankan tugasan luar atau errands dengan cekap apabila diperlukan.

Kelayakan:
  • Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma dalam mana-mana bidang.
  • Mahir berkomunikasi dengan baik dan mempunyai kemahiran organisasi yang kuat.
  • Boleh menyimpan rahsia (highly confidential), jujur, dan menepati masa.
