What you do
- Manage a portfolio of high-value customers, building relationships and identifying opportunities to grow their wealth
- Provide expert advice on investment, insurance, and banking products, tailoring solutions to meet individual needs
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand your customer base
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences and resolve issues promptly
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and product developments to maintain your expertise
- A degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in banking, finance, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Proven sales and relationship-building skills, with a track record of achieving targets and growing customer relationships
- Strong product knowledge, with the ability to provide expert advice on investment, insurance, and banking products
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth
