Job Summary

The job holder is responsible in building a strong relationship with a portfolio of clients to understand their needs and provide tailored financial solutions and actively in identifying the opportunities to deepen relationship.

  • Manage and constantly touch base with a portfolio of approximately 200 portfolio client relationships to build rapport
  • Identify cross sell opportunities and referrals from this portfolio of customers
  • Monitor the portfolio and act on areas of weakness to protect the interest of the Bank.
  • Ensure that there you abide strictly within the code of conduct expected of you within the bank, and demonstrate alignment with the values of the bank.
  • Support your colleagues to jointly strive to grow the business to outperform as a team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education of degree in any discipline (preferably banking & finance)
  • With minimum 3 years’ experience in banking (preferably in product management/ retail banking)
  • Good command in English
  • Good customer service skills and tele sales experience
  • Familiar with customer due diligence processes including Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act & Common Reporting Standard adherence.
  • Familiar with the various products offered in Business Banking
