Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for streamlining process/machine/system for assembly
- Lead and manage process technician
- A Bachelor’s degree in ME, EE, Mecha or its equivalents with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Leadership capabilities to manage a virtual team
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving
- Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp.
- This role is 100% onsite
