We are looking for a Procurement Support Executive to assist the Site Procurement team in daily purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and procurement administration. This role will support operational procurement processes, ensure accurate documentation, and help maintain strong supplier relationships.

We are looking for a Procurement Support Executive to assist the Site Procurement team in daily purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and procurement administration. This role will support operational procurement processes, ensure accurate documentation, and help maintain strong supplier relationships.
What You Will Do
- Support the procurement team in creating and processing purchase orders and related transactions
- Follow up with suppliers on quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules
- Assist in sourcing activities by collecting supplier information and comparing quotations
- Support RFQ/Tender preparation and supplier evaluation exercises
- Communicate with suppliers on routine purchasing matters and delivery updates
- Monitor supplier performance and escalate delays when needed
- Maintain procurement records, SAP/ERP entries, and vendor database updates
- Prepare weekly and monthly procurement reports
- Support contract documentation and compliance with procurement policies
- Assist in procurement initiatives such as cost-saving and supplier consolidation projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Planning, or Administration (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome)
- Basic understanding of procurement and purchasing processes
- Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team and willingness to learn
