- Drive Product Growth: Achieve sales, productivity, and performance targets while maximizing portfolio success within your assigned territory.
- Execute Strategic Plans: Implement sales and marketing plans to optimize performance and expand product reach.
- Advance Disease Awareness: Engage healthcare professionals, allied HCPs, and stakeholders through meaningful education and awareness initiatives.
- Strengthen Clinical Expertise: Stay informed on product knowledge, disease areas, and competitive landscapes to deliver high-quality, science-based discussions.
- Build Trusted Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers through credibility and effective communication.
- Plan & Execute Efficiently: Collaborate with your Sales Manager to manage schedules, ensuring optimal territory coverage and execution.
- Deliver Customer-Centric Engagements: Meet coverage and frequency targets while ensuring impactful interactions within budget.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Develop account plans with internal stakeholders to address unmet patient and customer needs.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or any related field.
- Background in pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Good time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making abilities.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fresh graduates with strong potential and a passion for healthcare are welcome to apply.
