About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling exceptions within the inbound, in-stock, and outbound teams;
• Implement standard operating procedures and be accountable for operational performance indicators;
• Propose improvement plans for operational anomalies, identify system requirements, optimize operational processes, and follow up on implementation and improvement results.
• Continuously optimize warehouse costs and improve operational efficiency.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Experience in warehouse management or supply chain logistics.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese or Indonesian.
• Excellent communication skills and independent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong learning ability, a keen thinker, a strong sense of responsibility, and a competitive spirit.
