Making an impact. What will you do?

• You will drive production efficiency by monitoring daily operations, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing effective solutions to enhance performance
• And you will troubleshoot technical and process-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and consistent output quality
• You will also uphold safety, quality, and operational standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and optimize workflows
• Through continuous improvement initiatives, ou will contribute to cost reduction, productivity gains, and overall operational excellence

• You have a degree in Engineering or a related field, supported by strong technical knowledge and a passion for continuous improvement
• Further, you are analytical and proactive, with the ability to troubleshoot problems and implement practical solutions effectively
• You work well in a team environment, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and are able to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
