Production Engineer

Role Purpose :

• To monitor overall production activities in plant
• To assist production manager to perform all production activities in plant
• To ensure product quality meeting quality standards
• To ensure safe operation and attend all required safety training
• To implement all BMOS Requirements
• To initiate improvement plans to improve performance of production plants in term of product quality and plant efficiencies.
  
  

Main Accountabilities

• To coordinate with Production Planning Department on production schedule to make sure all product meet the shipment schedule.
• Good leadership skills in leading plant troubleshooting.
• Implement ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 & HACCP, make sure all documentations and requirements are in order.
• To train and develop plant personnel with working and personal skill, to analyze the training needs and work out the training program.
• To optimize plant operation, eg. Process parameter to meet production target.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Minimum education level - degree in Engineering courses
• Able to write and communicate in English and Malay
• Experiences in production operation
• Root Cause Analysis
• Kaizen and 5S
