Production Engineer

Responsible for managing daily production activities to ensure operations run smoothly. Supports the Senior Production Engineer in production work, ensures products are made with good quality, safely, and delivered on time. Makes sure the plant follows all food safety and quality standards, maintains a safe workplace, works closely with different teams and stakeholders, and assists during customer and certification audits.

Main Accountabilities :

• Support and coordinate daily production activities together with supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and work with relevant teams to implement timely solutions.
• Monitor plant performance and promptly report any abnormalities, deviations, or risks to the superior.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and ensure consistent implementation of 5S practices within the plant.
• Ensure compliance with BMOS, FSSC 22000, and ISO 9001 requirements in all production activities.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment at all times.
• Support the execution of new product trials, including preparation, monitoring, and reporting of trial results.
• Carry out assigned tasks and projects from superior, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
  
  

Requirement :

• Minimum 2 years to 3 years of working experience in manufacturing field
• Min Bachelor Degree in mechanical/chemical engineering
• Hardworking with positive attitude and aggressive
• Able to write and speak in Malay and English fluently
• Basic understanding of manufacturing/production processes (flow, inputs, outputs)
