Production Planning Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking aProduction Planning Specialistresponsible for developing and managing production plans, optimizing manufacturing capacity, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The role requires effective use of APS systems, production data analysis, and cross-functional coordination to support efficient manufacturing operations.

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, capacity, resources, and delivery requirements.

• Utilize APS tools for production planning, scheduling optimization, and capacity analysis.

• Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and adjust plans to meet business priorities.

• Coordinate with Production, Sales, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of schedules.

• Analyze production data and prepare reports on schedule performance, capacity utilization, and production status.

• Support continuous improvement of planning processes and APS system utilization.

• Apply knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, including knitting and dyeing operations, in production planning.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Textile Engineering, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.

• Experience in textile manufacturing is preferred.

• Knowledge of APS/ERP systems and production planning tools.

• Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and production requirements.
  
  

• Experience with APS implementation or optimization.

• Knowledge of capacity planning, production control, and manufacturing processes.

• Familiarity with knitting and dyeing production workflows.
