As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing plant modification, upgrade, relocation, and refurbishment projects to ensure they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with Linde and statutory requirements. You will define project scope, schedules, and budgets, coordinate with internal stakeholders and contractors, oversee site activities, provide technical solutions, monitor project performance, support commissioning and acceptance testing, and ensure the successful handover of completed projects to Operations.

Making an impact. What will you do?

• In this role, you will manage plant modification, upgrade, relocation, and refurbishment projects to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective execution
• Furthermore, you will define project scope, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies in collaboration with Operations, Procurement, and technical experts
• Project planning, coordination, and execution will be a key part of your role, ensuring compliance with Linde standards, statutory requirements, and safety regulations
• Additionally, you will oversee contractors and site activities, provide technical engineering solutions, and monitor project quality, timelines, and costs
• Also, you will support commissioning, acceptance testing, documentation, and the successful handover of completed projects to Operations while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
  
  

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

• Degree or Master's in Chemical, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in project execution within industrial, manufacturing, chemical, or related environments
• You have experience in operations, maintenance, or industrial gas projects is an added advantage
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results safely, on time, and within budget
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
