- Support the project team in maintaining accurate, complete, and well-organised project documentation and records to ensure easy accessibility.
- Coordinate with project teams to collect, organise, and distribute project-related documentation in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to construction supervision activities and project progress.
- Monitor and support the document control process to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.
- Assist in updating and improving document control procedures and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide timely and accurate documentation support to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of all project documents for future reference, audits, and compliance purposes.
- Liaise with stakeholders to promote clear, consistent, and effective documentation practices across the project team.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Resident Engineer and Resident Engineer.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or any related discipline.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of working experience are encouraged to apply.
- Exposure or internship experience in construction, project management, or document control will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with good attention to detail.
- Strong willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
