Job Description

1. Business Development, Budget Achievement & Agency Management

• Drive the achievement of individual and branch business targets by developing and maintaining strong relationships with intermediaries, including agents, brokers, and corporate clients. Proactively identify new business opportunities, strengthen customer retention, and grow existing accounts through regular market engagement and value proposition presentations. Lead agency development initiatives by recruiting productive agents, monitoring their performance against agreed targets, supporting market penetration efforts, and managing portfolio profitability through continuous monitoring of agency loss ratios.

2. Compliance, Underwriting Governance & Credit Control

• Ensure full compliance with company underwriting guidelines, regulatory requirements, and operational policies, including strict adherence to the "Cash Before Cover" principle and premium warranty regulations. Oversee the completeness and accuracy of policy documentation, implement effective credit control measures to ensure timely premium collection, and support the preparation of accurate monthly reports while maintaining compliance with internal controls and corporate governance standards.

3. Customer Relationship Management & Service Excellence

• Build and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries, customers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high service standards and operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with underwriting, finance, and other functional teams to ensure timely policy issuance, effective problem resolution, and fulfilment of service level agreements. Continuously gather feedback from customers and distribution partners, address service improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, distributor engagement, and overall business performance.

Qualification / Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in Business Development, Sales, Relationship Management, and the Insurance industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and business partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
