QA/QC Engineer

Pro Cahaya Industries Sdn Bhd is looking for a QAQC Engineer, based in Shah Alam, to ensure quality and compliance across all site activities and project execution. You will oversee inspections, documentation, and resolution of non-conformities in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards. Job Description

• Ensure quality assurance and control of workmanship through site and material inspections, including preparation and submission of Inspection Test Plans.
• Conduct joint handover inspections with clients and manage the preparation and submission of site documentation.
• Attend meetings with consultants, clients, main contractors, and sub-contractors to coordinate project activities.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve reported non-conformances, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Execute project implementation in accordance with customer requirements and established ISO 9001 Quality Manuals and procedures.
• Identify hazards during the design stage as per ISO 45001 and implement mitigation measures to eliminate or minimise risks.
• Promote a safe working culture by preventing unsafe behaviours during project design and execution.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or above; related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in the related field of work.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.
• Must be willing to work on-site at the project location in Sepang.
