Quality Intern

Air Liquide began operations in Malaysia in 1927 and is one of the pioneers of the gas industry in Malaysia. Operating in 11 locations in Malaysia, comprising both sales offices and production facilities, Air Liquide supports our customers through providing innovative solutions at every step of their production, including industrial and specialty gases, energy solutions, application technologies and services. With a strong workforce of 400 employees and business growth through our recent acquisition with nationwide presence, this will provide an exciting experience and journey with the opportunity that is unique yet challenging to gauge the integration and synergy processes that will change the entire competition landscape in Malaysia.

A high-caliber, detail-oriented Quality Assurance Intern tol actively drive continuous improvement, support Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) process and help maintain Quality Management System (QMS) in strict compliance with ISO 9001 standards and to gain hands-on and exposure to core quality processes.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Supporting quality projects, such as nonconformity management, quality documentation and analytical equipment.

Lead the development of quality tools and dashboards to ease system monitoring.

Provide daily operational support to the Quality Team during processing activities.

Track and document Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve operational issues.

Participate in cross-departmental Root Cause Analysis (RCA) meetings.

Analyze non-conformances and ensure correction or improvement actions are executed.

Ensure daily operations adhere strictly to the QMS, product standards, and local regulatory requirements.

Learn and support the role of Document Control Officer (DCC) to improve ISO 9001:2015 processes.

Support the training and development of site personnel.

Perform Other Duties As Required By The Team.

Are you a MATCH?

Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Quality Management, or a related field of study.

Familiarity or a strong interest in Power BI and database dashboards is added advantage.

Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative on tasks and projects.

Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality standards.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across different departments.
