We are hiring for Quality Supervisor and Production Supervisor positions. These roles are responsible for ensuring production efficiency, product quality, and smooth manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

i) Quality Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily quality compliance and IPQC inspection reports
  • Lead and supervise in-process quality control (IPQC) activities
  • Ensure production processes follow standard procedures and quality system requirements
  • Assist engineering team in product and process improvement activities
  • Monitor quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer requirements


Job Requirements:

  • 1–2 years experience in quality / manufacturing field
  • Able to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work in Senai, Johor


ii) Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and lead daily production activities
  • Monitor production output, efficiency, and quality performance
  • Conduct daily team meetings to drive productivity and improvement
  • Ensure production runs according to schedule and meets output targets
  • Handle production issues and implement corrective actions
  • Prepare daily production reports and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain 5S workplace organization and discipline


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Injection Molding / Assembly manufacturing is an advantage
  • Able to work in rolling shift pattern
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills
  • Willing to work in Senai, Johor
