We are hiring for Quality Supervisor and Production Supervisor positions. These roles are responsible for ensuring production efficiency, product quality, and smooth manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily quality compliance and IPQC inspection reports
- Lead and supervise in-process quality control (IPQC) activities
- Ensure production processes follow standard procedures and quality system requirements
- Assist engineering team in product and process improvement activities
- Monitor quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer requirements
- 1–2 years experience in quality / manufacturing field
- Able to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in Senai, Johor
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and lead daily production activities
- Monitor production output, efficiency, and quality performance
- Conduct daily team meetings to drive productivity and improvement
- Ensure production runs according to schedule and meets output targets
- Handle production issues and implement corrective actions
- Prepare daily production reports and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain 5S workplace organization and discipline
- Experience in Injection Molding / Assembly manufacturing is an advantage
- Able to work in rolling shift pattern
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Willing to work in Senai, Johor
