What You'll Do:
Source and screen candidates through various channels
Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements
Maintain applicant tracking system and manage recruitment data
Build strong relationships within the industry and network effectively
Organize recruitment events and job fairs

What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment or HR roles
Familiarity with recruiting software and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
