We are looking for a Recruitment Partner to join our SG Support Team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is perfect for fresh graduates eager to kickstart their careers in recruitment and talent management.

Work Mode: Work from Office

What You'll Do:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and phone screening candidates.
Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate records.
Collaborate with consultants to understand staffing needs of SG clients
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and clients.
Engage candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience

What We're Looking For:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn about recruitment best practices and sales (includes KPI-driven and performance-based rewards).
