Recruitment Consultant

Currently, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant, who will be working closely with our team on the recruitment process for our clients. Location at Dataran Prima, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
• Conducting confidential interviews, checking references
• Research into clients company, competitors
• Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
• Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process
• Follow up with clients and assist with the candidates transition and onboarding process
• Network and build long-lasting client relationships
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder
• Min 1 year working experience
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Interest in HR is an added advantage
• Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
