What You'll Do:
Source and attract top talent through various channels
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications
Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
Maintain recruitment databases and track progress of candidates
Build meaningful relationships with candidates and create a positive, seamless hiring experience throughout the recruitment journey

What We're Looking For:
Any Bachelor's degree
Candidates with HR and/or HR internship experience will be an added bonus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Sales-driven mindset (includes KPI-driven and performance-based rewards)
