This internship gives you a front-row seat into real-world recruitment — from sourcing top talent to collaborating with hiring managers across different business units. If you're eager to learn, proactive, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to build a solid foundation in recruitment.

Source and screen potential candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
Conduct interviews and assess candidates for qualification, culture fit, and job match
Partner with consultants to understand client hiring needs and job scopes
Prepare job descriptions, candidate profiles, and documentation
Research companies, industries, and competitors to support recruitment strategy
Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers
Assist with interview coordination, offer processes, and onboarding
Help build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices

Strong communication skills in English & BM (Mandarin is a bonus!)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A team player with a proactive attitude
Willing to travel to our PJ office
Interested in HR, recruitment, or people-focused work
